This week I am collaborating with Mrs. Edmonds on last minute skills/tips and reminders for her MAAP assessment. The classes that I see on testing days will spend time making up missing work for me and other classes. 

Day 1- Using commas with Introduction Words\Phrases

Bellringer: Write as many introductory words and phrases they can think of

Practice: Identifying Introductory words/phrases and if the sentences used the comma’s properly.

Practice: Correcting/ Adding Commas to sentences/paragraphs with intro words/phrases

Bellringer: Go through steps to convert a graph to a linear equation (Student-Led)

Practice: Writing Paragraphs detailing steps to convert tables and graphs to a linear equation.  Using introduction words, commas, correct punctuation, capitalization, etc.
